My story is a story of personal resilience, courage, and transformation. I was born in Russia, grew up in Finland, and lived most of my adult life in beautiful Sydney, Australia. I learned new languages, adopted to new cultures, travelled the world, and changed my life many times.

My passion for coaching and serving others ignited long ago when I was going through severe post-natal depression. It is a classic story of hitting the rock-bottom and climbing back up stronger and wiser with a greater self-awareness and courage. Since then, I have made some radical life changes and never looked back. On my path to soul-searching, I have travelled to Bali, Thailand, India, Sri-Lanka and here at home in Australia where I met some incredible people who coached and inspired me to become a better person and a coach.

I have been ‘thrown in a deep end’ repeatedly, both in my personal and professional lives, making me realise that counterintuitively these challenges have shaped me into the best version of myself. I believe that delving deeper fearlessly into oneself is the key to any significant transformation, and my role as a coach is to be there for you with compassion and encouragement.

On my professional journey I have completed training in counselling, psychology degree with (Honours) and master’s in coaching psychology in the University of Sydney. I worked in mental health prior to becoming executive and life coach, and now I help languishing leaders and entrepreneurs to thrive again!
